RECENT ASSIGNMENTS

Nigeria - Working with the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) & KPMG to :-

•Manage the selection of the Nigerian Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Administration System provider

•Support the implementation of MNP with the Nigerian mobile operators

•Design the initial MNP business and operational processes

Qatar - Advising Vodafone Qatar on the impact of MNP and the effective implementation of MNP in Qatar

Bermuda – Consulting with the Keytech Group to assess the impact of launching Local Number Portability (both Fixed and Mobile) and supporting the engagement with the local regulator, METEC

Gibraltar - Consulting with Gibtelecom to assess the impact of launching Local Number Portability (both Fixed and Mobile) and supporting the engagement with the local regulator, GRA.

Isle of Man – Programme managed the development and implementation of MNP for Manx Telecom/ Telefonica against challenging environmental conditions and time frames

Channel Islands – Airtel -Vodafone

Set-up the Jersey and Guernsey operations, including site acquisition, network roll-out, interconnection etc

• Programme managed the design, development, implementation and simultaneous launch of the highly efficient MNP system in Jersey and Guernsey against challenging timeframes ;

• Established and manage the regulatory affairs framework liaising with OUR, JCRA and OFCOM

• Negotiated and Programme managed the Jersey Post me:mo MVNO
